As the COVID-19 pandemic forced many live events to become virtual, the Bob Woodruff Foundation and the New York Comedy Festival turned to Jesse Collins Entertainment to create this virtual special. The 14th Annual Stand Up for Heroes virtual event delivered hope, healing and laughter to viewers as it honored our nation’s veterans and their families. Hosted by Jon Stewart, the special featured musical and comedy performances by Nate Bargatze, Ronny Chieng, Sheryl Crow, Mickey Guyton, Tiffany Haddish, Brad Paisley, Patti Scialfa, Iliza Shlesinger and Bruce Springsteen, with special guests including Jeannie Gaffigan, Prince Harry, The Duke of Sussex, Brian Regan, Ray Romano and more. Additionally, the special included inspirational messages from members of the military. The event was streamed on ABC News Live, Facebook, HLN, TikTok, Twitch, and the Armed Forces Network.
